The Residences at Karamū

Located in the desirable suburb of Riccarton Park, Christchurch, The Residences at Karamū is a premium 84-home development focused on quality, sustainability, and community. Built to a Homestar 6 standard, we created warm, secure, and dry housing that offers a strong foundation for another flourishing community.

High Street, Rangiora

Designed by Rohan Collett and built by Home Construction, these 28 one-bedroom homes in Rangiora, North Canterbury, were made to help older residents to flourish both individually and communally. The project earned a top prize at the New Zealand Property Industry Awards in 2020.

Breakthrough in Brookfield

Home Construction was given the opportunity to sit down with the team at Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities and Monk Mackenzie to imagine a new community for this Onehunga site. We pushed the envelope, working hard to balance efficiency and cost with design and enhanced standards for healthy homes.
